Personal Training

1-on-1 Personal or Team training classes offer tailored programming to achieve your goals. Programming can be for CrossFit, sports-specific, strength training, or functional body building.

Team training can be Sports Team Dry Land, large groups or school training.

What to expect from the class

The coaches will provide a fitness assessment, form critique, nutrition guidance, progressive programing and customized workouts.

Monday – Friday:
06:00 AM – 12:00 PM
04:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday:
09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
